ANT CAMP - CAMP TERMS & CONDITIONS

By clicking "I Accept," completing the registration process, or enrolling in ANT Camp, you ("Participant," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions with ANT MODEL EVENTS MANAGEMENT L.L.C, a limited liability company with commercial license number 1385912 and having its registered address in Dubai ("ANT Management," "Agency," "we," "us," or "our").
1. ANT CAMP PROGRAM OVERVIEW1.1 Program Details
ANT Camp is an intensive talent workshop commencing on 11 January 2026 and concluding on 21 January 2026 (excluding Saturdays), providing professional training in modeling and acting disciplines.
1.2 Training Deliverables
All packages include access to:
Model pose and walk training
Theatrical training
Acting training
Portfolio and book development
Headshots and polaroids
Monologue sequence reel
Professional guidance and industry networking opportunities
Career development advice
2. PACKAGE OPTIONS & FEES2.1 Available Packages
ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE - AED 15,000
Full access to entire ANT Camp duration

2.2 All Inclusive Package - Flight Restrictions
For participants selecting the All Inclusive Package, please note:
Included: Round-trip flights to/from destinations within: MENA Region (Middle East and North Africa)Schengen Zone countries
United Kingdom Not Included: Flights from any other destinations
Participants from other regions must arrange their own flights ANT Management reserves the right to select flight carriers and routing
Requesting changes to Agency-booked flights may incur additional charges
2.3 Accommodation Details (All Inclusive Package Only)Accommodation provided at Rose Plaza Hotel Al Barsha
Twin-sharing basis (participants will be paired with other camp attendees)Check-in: One day before camp commencement
Check-out: One day after camp conclusion
Single room upgrades available at additional cost (subject to availability)
3. PAYMENT TERMS3.1 Payment Methods
Payment must be completed online through our secure payment gateway (or by other method if agreed to in writing by ANT Management) before participation in ANT Camp.
3.2 Payment Deadlines
Full payment is required prior to commencement of ANT Camp Registration closes 1 day before camp commencement or when capacity is reached
3.3 NO REFUND POLICYIMPORTANT: Due to the limited number of participants and intensive nature of the program, ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Voluntary withdrawal by the Participant
Inability to attend due to illness, injury, or personal circumstances
Travel restrictions, visa issues, or flight cancellations
Termination for breach of these Terms & Conditions
Force majeure events
Dissatisfaction with the program or outcomes
By enrolling in ANT Camp, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.4. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS4.1 Registration Process
To complete registration, you must:
Select your preferred package
Complete the online ANT Camp participant information & registration form
Provide accurate personal information, measurements, and health details
Submit emergency contact information
Accept these Terms & Conditions
Complete payment in full prior to commencement of ANT Camp
4.2 Age Requirements
Participants must be at least 16 years of age
Participants under 18 must have parental/guardian consent
Age verification may be required
4.3 Accuracy of Information
Providing false or misleading information in the registration process constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate termination without refund.
5. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS5.1 Attendance Requirements
Full Package and All Inclusive Package participants must:
Attend all scheduled sessions throughout the program
Arrive punctually for all activities
Provide 24 hours' notice for any absence due to illness or emergency
Weekends Only Package participants must:
Attend all Friday and Sunday sessions
Arrive punctually for weekend activities
Note that missed weekend sessions cannot be made up during weekday sessions
Provide 24 hours' notice for any absence due to illness or emergency
Evenings Only Package participants must:
Attend all evening sessions
Arrive punctually for all activities
Provide 24 hours' notice for any absence due to illness or emergency
5.2 Professional Conduct
All participants agree to:
Maintain professional behavior at all times
Treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect and courteousness
Follow all instructions and guidelines
Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior
Dress appropriately for training activities
Maintain personal hygiene standards
5.3 Social Media Conduct
Participants agree to:
Tag @a.n.t.mgmt and @a.n.t._camp in any ANT Camp-related posts
Obtain permission before posting photos/videos of other participants
Refrain from posting negative or defamatory content about the program
6. HEALTH, SAFETY & LIABILITY6.1 Health Requirements
By enrolling, you confirm that:
You are in good physical and mental health
You are capable of participating in intensive training
You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions
You will maintain adequate health insurance during the program
6.2 Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation involves physical activities with inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to dance training and fitness exercises.
6.3 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:ANT Management is not liable for any injury, illness, or property damage
ANT Management is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages
ANT Management's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you
You participate at your own risk
6.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANT Management, its officers, employees, instructors, and representatives from any claims arising from your participation in ANT Camp.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & MEDIA RIGHTS7.1 Grant of Rights
By participating in ANT Camp, you grant ANT Management the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to:
Use your photographs, videos, and recordings for any promotional or commercial purpose
Modify, edit, or combine content with other materials
Use your name, image, and likeness in connection with ANT Camp promotion
Distribute content across all media platforms without restriction
7.2 Ownership
All content created during ANT Camp becomes property of ANT Management
Training materials remain intellectual property of ANT Management
Portfolio materials may be used by participants for personal promotion
7.3 No Additional Compensation
Participation in ANT Camp constitutes full compensation for all media rights granted. No royalties or additional payments will be made for use of your image or content.
8. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES8.1 Educational Purpose
ANT Camp is an educational and training program. We make NO guarantees regarding:
Securing modeling or acting jobs
Agency representation
Income generation
Career success in the entertainment or fashion industry
8.2 Industry Factors
Success in modeling and acting depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including market conditions, personal attributes, and individual effort.
9. TERMINATION9.1 Termination by ANT Management
We reserve the right to terminate your participation immediately for:
Breach of these Terms & Conditions
Unprofessional conduct
Excessive absences
Disruptive behavior
Non-payment of fees
9.2 Effect of Termination
Termination does not entitle you to any refund of fees paid.
10. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your email address and phone number, you consent to receive:
Program updates and schedules
Marketing communications from ANT Management
Industry opportunities and announcements
You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time.
11. DATA PROTECTION11.1 Information Collection
We collect personal information necessary for program administration, including:
Contact details
Physical measurements
Health information
Emergency contacts
Photography and video content
11.2 Information Use
Your information may be used for:
Program administration
Safety and emergency purposes
Marketing
Industry introductions (with consent)
12. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Pandemic/epidemic
War or terrorism
Travel bans
Cyber outages
In such events, ANT Management will attempt to reschedule or provide alternative delivery methods, but no refunds will be provided.
13. GENERAL PROVISIONS13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ANT Management regarding ANT Camp participation.
13.2 Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
13.3 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your enrollment or rights under these Terms & Conditions without our written consent.
13.4 Waiver
No waiver of any provision shall be effective unless in writing and signed by ANT Management.
14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES14.1 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC”).
14.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or your participation in ANT Camp shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
14.3 Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good faith resolution through direct negotiation for a period of 14 calendar days.

You are at least 16 years of age (or have parental consent if under 18)You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
You consent to the use of your image and likeness as described herein
You understand that ANT Camp provides no guarantee of career outcomes
