i. Informal Resolution: The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith informal discussions for a period of 14 days from the date written notice of the dispute is provided by one party to the other.ii. Exclusive Jurisdiction: If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal discussions within the 14-day period, both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dubai for the resolution of any such dispute.
